Our Campaign supports our 28 agency partners that help 1 in 2 (or 109,000+) people in our community every year. Hosting a workplace campaign not only supports our very own neighbors, friends and family; but also boosts workplace morale and develops a caring, philanthropic culture. United Way remains committed to helping you develop a customized and personalized workplace campaign that fits your organization's situation and needs. Visit our Campaign page to learn more!

Thanks to our Mid America Bank partners, we unveiled our new volunteer platform in 2021 to provide a one-stop shop for posting and finding volunteer opportunities in our community.

On our platform, Volunteer Connection, you can narrow down opportunities based on your interests, availability and skills; access your volunteer resume, upload and view community event flyers and more!

Over 1,100 volunteers share their time and talent to fight for a brighter future for everyone in our community. Our committee volunteers come from all skill sets and walks of life, but what they share is an immeasurable passion for improving our community. They are bankers and public servants, teachers and business owners. They are our everyday heroes.

United Way has many committees that are the muscle behind our organization. With just 6 staff people, we could not do this important work without our dedicated committee members. Check out our list of committees and let us know if you'd be interested in joining one...or more!
