OFFICIAL RULES
The Jefferson City Autoplex/United Way Raffle of a Honda Grom Motorcycle is being conducted by United Way of Central Missouri, a non-profit 501(c)3 organization.
Ticket purchaser must be 18 years of age or older to participate and must have a valid Social Security Number.
There is no limit to the number of tickets one (1) person may purchase.
United Way of Central Missouri staff and employees of Jefferson City Autoplex and their spouses are not eligible to participate in this raffle.
Raffle tickets are $10.00 each. Raffle tickets may be purchased online by credit or debit card. Should the purchaser’s credit or debit card not be honored by the bank, the ticket will become void and withdrawn from the drawing. By IRS declaration, ticket purchases for valuable prizes are not eligible for charitable tax deductions.

All tickets must be purchased with full payment no later than 5 PM on October 31, 2018.
Prize: 2018 Honda Grom valued at $3,999.
Drawing will be held at the United Way of Central Missouri Victory Celebration on November 8, 2018. The winner will be determined by random drawing.
Winners need not be present to win. Winners will be notified via phone within 7 days of the drawing.
The prize winner is solely responsible for all local, state and federal taxes, title, transfer fees, license duties, insurance and all expenses incurred claiming the Honda Grom.
Prize must be claimed within 30 days of drawing. Any unclaimed prize after that date will constitute forfeiture and be transferred to United Way of Central Missouri as a donation.
Jefferson City Autoplex and United Way of Central Missouri and its Board or Directors and its agents assume no liability for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, illegible or entires without payment which will be deemed invalid and disqualified.
The decisions and rules are final on all matters concerning the raffle.
